Start by separating the Part I cards from the Part II cards. You need to figure out what Part I is telling you before you can apply it to Part II.
Solving this puzzle will require you to ignore some extra things, especially in Part 2.
The card that says 'The Key' is the key to solving this puzzle, but the version of The Key shown on the card isn't right. Who's heard of a solemn orgy anyway?
The 'Fixes' are all ways to adjust the phrase in 'The Key' to make it applicable.
You will be adjusting the phrase SOLEMN ORGY letter by letter, although not all letters need fixing.
Each pair of pictures connected by an arrow will fix one letter in the key phrase.
Use the first letters of the objects in the pairs. In the SOLEMN ORGY phrase, change the first letter of the first object in the picture pair to the first letter of the second picture (the one the arrow points to.)
If you apply the picture pairs correctly, you should turn SOLEMN ORGY into VOWELS ONLY, which is the (fixed) key to the puzzle.
Apply VOWELS ONLY to the words on the Part 2 card. Each of the four words on Part 2 has the same vowel pattern as a number from 0 to 9 (e.g. COME --> ONE). Those are your solution.
