There are four digits in the solution.
One card is a list of US presidents in order. The other six have cryptic references to some of the presidents.
The colored circles (four solid colors, two with split colors, some with symbols for clarity) each represent a president. They're used in the formulas.
The order of the presidents is important here. That's why I gave you the table.
The six picture cards each reference a president. Find the president, and then figure out his order number, and you'll see how to use the formulas to get the digits for the solution.
Two of the presidents depicted share a last name with other presidents, so I had to include their first names as well.
That thing with the hair is a sun, and that's Ben Franklin on the Jam, making it Ben Jam. 'John' is another word for toilet. Those letter i's are cleaning themselves, although strangely in a group.
Those two Ons are connected by chains. What's another word for connected? Little Orphan Annie and Anne of Green Gables are both Annes, added to the book shown. And the word More is being filled up.
The six presidents are Benjamin Harrison (23), Fillmore (13), Lincoln (16), Buchanan (15), John Adams (2), and Eisenhower (34). Once you know that, you can solve the formulas as written substituting numbers in for the other presidents listed (Washington = 1, Madison = 4).
